What a fun day was had by all at Dinton fields this week for the Fern Hill annual Sport Day extravaganza! Although chilly with the occasional shower, spirits weren’t dampened. KS1 kicked off the event full of energy, before being joined by KS2 children. Following a colourful parade, the children tucked into a picnic lunch. Hampton won KS1 trophy and Kingston the KS2 trophy. All in all a cracking day was had by all! Not to be outdone by the rest of the school, Daisy class have held their own Sports Day today with a Nursery Rhyme theme. Children ran fun races such as Humpty Dumpty, Egg and Spoon and Hey Diddle Diddle obstacle races. All athletes received their very own gold medal!
