Message from Mr Scott
Welcome back! I hope that you all had a restful Christmas break and that the children have enjoyed their return to school. On behalf of all the staff, I wish you a happy 2016 and would like to thank you all for the well wishes and gifts that were so generously given at the end of last term. We look forward to an exciting and rewarding term ahead.
Welcome to new Staff Members
Please join us in welcoming several new members of staff at Fern Hill. We were joined at the end of last term by support staff member Lauren Taylor and two lunch time supervisors, Hiba Tuma and Subhra Majumdar.
This term we have two new teachers, Lauren Taylor (not to be mistaken with our new support staff member above!), who is replacing Helen Gilchrist in Rowan Class, and you might remember one of our former teachers, Kim Tipping who has joined us again to cover teacher planning time. We also have two further members of support staff, Jane Rudd and Magdalena Quieroz.

Finally, congratulations to Amy Day, our nursery nurse and Gemma Thompson, teaching assistant who are both expecting babies in May! Welcome and congratulations!
