Parking & School Development Update

The school is currently in discussions with the council regarding the installation of a barrier, at the entrance to the main car park, that can only be accessed by staff of Fern Hill and The Kingston Academy.

From September,  there will be a significant reduction in space availability for parents and therefore, I would like to stress the importance of families walking to school. There will be drop off bays but details are still to be finalised. We will announce further arrangements as we receive them.

So long & a Sad Farewell

Mrs Vincer leaves next Friday 10th July to have her baby. We are sorry to say goodbye to Miss Barclay who has taken up a new teaching position closer to home and will be leaving us at the end of the Summer term. Mr Bishop & Miss Sturton who are also due to leave at the end of the term for pastures new. Finally, Mrs Steen will be taking maternity leave when we break up during this month.  We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of them for their hard work and wish them the very best of luck and success for the future.  We’ll keep you posted on baby news!

Congratulations & Celebrations!

Congratulations to Miss Charlton on her wedding last weekend.  She will become Mrs Farr from September.

Fantastic news from Mrs Virgo, who gave birth to a baby boy, Samuel, last week. We are thrilled with the happy news!
