Parent Governor Election Result
I am pleased to announce that Alida Hawthorne will be our new Parent Governor. She brings with her skills and experience in the education sector that will be of huge benefit to the school and I have no doubt that she will be a great asset to the team - well done Alida.
It was very pleasing to see the number and quality of the candidates who put themselves forward for election and many people commented on the calibre of every individual on the ballot paper. Some 296 parents/carers took the time to cast their vote and I am delighted that so many families have been involved in this process. I would like to thank you all for the support that you continue to show the school.
I would also like to take this opportunity on behalf of the school to thank Azeem Bashir - our outgoing Parent Governor - for all his hard work and support since he took office in 2014.
