KS2 Cinema Night – Friday 7th February
Tickets for this year’s KS2 Cinema Night will go on sale online this Sunday 19th January from 9.00pm. Please click on the following link to buy tickets:
https://www.pta-events.co.uk/fernhillpsa/index.cfm#.XiGKttpCdPZ
Cinema Night will take place in the Large Hall on Friday 7th February and this year’s film is School of Rock. Please be aware that the film has a PG rating and parents can read about the film here. There’s a pyjama party theme to the evening, so children are welcome to come in their onesies or PJs if they choose to, although this is optional!
Tickets cost £4 each and include a hotdog (meat or vegetarian option) and a drink of squash.
To help make tickets accessible for all families, parents may buy for their own children as well as for friends’ children. There is a maximum amount of six tickets per purchase. Please note we will not be selling tickets on the door – all tickets must be purchased in advance. Please remember this is an event for KS2 children only (Years 3 to 6) Doors will open at 5.25pm on the night, the film will start at 6.00pm and collection will be at 8.00pm
Please ensure you fill in the following details when booking tickets:
- Child’s name
- Parent’s name and contact number
- Name and contact number of any other adult collecting your child
- Child’s class (children will be dismissed by class at the end of the evening)
- Child’s choice of hotdog – meat or vegetarian
Children will need to bring a printed copy of their ticket with them on the night. Tickets will be exchanged for a hotdog (meat or vegetarian) and a drink of squash. Additional drinks, popcorn and vegan-friendly sweets will be available for purchase on the night at £1 per item.
Please be aware that a responsible adult will need to bring your child, sign them in and collect them from the school hall. Tree Tops staff cannot sign children in. Any child arriving without a parent/carer/adult responsible for signing them in will necessitate a phone call for permission. If anyone other than the parent will be collecting, this must be noted when you book. Please bear with us while we check the children in and out – it is for their safety and security.
Children will be supervised throughout the event by parent helpers and there will be teachers on hand as well. If you would like to volunteer to help at this event, please email fernhillpsa@gmail.com All volunteers are very much appreciated.
Thank you for your support
