Fern Hill Primary School ensures that all personal data we collect about pupils, parents, staff and other individuals is collected, stored and processed in accordance with data protection regulations.

The privacy notices attached below provide information on how we process data.

Also attached below is a consent form relating to the taking and processing of photographic images. All parents and guardians are required to complete this consent form when their child joins Fern Hill and again when their child moves into Year 3, if applicable.

Subject Access Requests

You can submit a Subject Access Request if you wish to find out what personal information the school holds about you.

So that the school can identify the required information, it would be helpful if you use the form below. Once completed, please submit the form to our Data Protection Officer at dataprotection@kingstoneducationaltrust.org and copy office@fernhill.rbksch.org
