Medicines in School

Medicine can be administered to children while they are at school. An 'Administering Medicines in School' form must be completed to provide consent for us to do this. Forms can be obtained from the school office.

All medicines must be in their original packaging with the safety leaflet intact and expiry date visible. The packaging must be labelled with the child's name and class. We will not administer any medication that has been prescribed or purchased outside the UK without an accompanying letter from a medical professional.
