How to book a session at Tree Tops

To book and pay for Tree Tops using ParentPay Clubs, please refer to this linked How To Guide.

Payment using Childcare Vouchers or Tax-free Childcare (TFC) payments is only available by prior arrangement and must be requested in advance of booking. If we agree to payment using Childcare Vouchers or Tax-free Childcare (TFC) payments, you must still book your sessions using ParentPay Clubs. 

Please note that all sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Once you have selected your sessions and clicked 'confirm', the sessions are reserved for 15 minutes or until the booking cut-off, whichever is sooner. If no payment is received in that time, your place will be made available for others to book.

You may make changes to your booking up until the booking cut-off - see below.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel a session before the booking cut-off, the cost of the session will be credited to your ParentPay Tree Tops account for you to use for a future session. Please be aware that the credit will be specific to the type of session you cancelled, i.e. Breakfast Club or After School Club. 

A refund will only be given for cancellations made after the booking cut-off in exceptional circumstances. Absence from school due to illness or any other reason is not an exceptional circumstance, although we will always treat requests for a refund on an individual, case by case basis.

Please note that it is ParentPay policy that all payments made through ParentPay by credit or debit card or bank transfer are non-refundable after 24 months.  Any credit remaining on a ParentPay Tree Tops account after this period will be non-refundable. It is a parent or carer’s responsibility to keep track of the balance in their ParentPay Tree Tops account.

Booking Deadlines

The cut-off for booking, cancelling or amending a session is at midnight 2 days before the session:

Monday's sessions: book by midnight on Saturday

Tuesday's sessions: book by midnight on Sunday

Wednesday's sessions: book by midnight on Monday

Thursday's sessions: book by midnight on Tuesday

Friday's sessions: book by midnight on Wednesday

Late Bookings

Late bookings, after the cut-off, cannot be made using ParentPay Clubs and are subject to availability and an additional charge of £5 per session. Late booking charges will be automatically applied to your ParentPay account as a debit.

For Breakfast Club sessions, by 11:00 am the day before;

For After School Club sessions, by 11:00 am on the day.

We will check availability and let you know - please wait for confirmation from us before assuming your child has a place.
