Tree Tops Home School Agreement

The Tree Tops Home School Agreement sets out the commitments made by both the school and the parents or carers of children attending Tree Tops to ensure its safe and effective operation and includes the terms and conditions of booking. It also provides for the collection of important information about your child and acts as confirmation that you have read the Tree Tops Home School Agreement commitments and terms and conditions of booking. 

For the safety and security of your child, it is extremely important that you complete and submit the Tree Tops Home School Agreement BEFORE your child attends a session. The Agreement should be completed online via the link below:

Tree Tops Home School Agreement

A paper copy of the Agreement is available from the school office on request. Your child will not be able to attend Tree Tops if we do not have a completed Agreement. If you have more than one child attending Tree Tops, you must complete and sign a separate Agreement for each child.

We ask for a Home School Agreement to be completed every new school year. This is to ensure we have up-to-date emergency contact and medical details for every child. During the school year, it is the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian to inform us of any changes to this information. Changes must be notified in writing to Tree Tops directly by email at: treetops@fernhillprimary.org
